(1) The meeting of the Commission shall be held as necessary. But the gap between the two meetings will not exceed six months.
(2) The meeting of the commission shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) At least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting of the Commission, the member-secretary of the Commission shall give notice to the members of the Commission along with the agenda of the topics to be discussed in the meeting. But if the Chairman of the Commission wants, the meeting can be called at any time.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members present in the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the Commission shall be chaired by the Chairman of the Commission.
(6) In the meeting of the Commission, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(7) The Commission may invite any person, official or expert to the meeting of the Commission.
(8) If any member has a personal interest, interest, concern or interest in any matter presented for discussion or decision in the meeting of the Commission, such member shall not be allowed to participate in the discussion or decision process of that matter.
(9) The decision of the meeting of the Commission shall be certified by the Vice-President.
(10) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
